Our Story

Years in Hannam became
the standard for advice.

At Korea Asset Management Corporation (KAMCO), Jin Kong worked on NPL litigation and asset-backed securities, learning to read property through numbers and title. Brokering prime homes in Hannam then taught him why the same house suits one family and not another.

Quiet Property began in May 2026 as a journal of the market. What a foreign executive, a returning family or a long-term investor needs is not more information, but judgement that has already been filtered.

Owners' and tenants' identities and deal terms are shared only as far as needed. Sensitive transactions proceed without public advertising.

Observation

We see it and record it

We track transactions and asking prices every month, and only tell you what we have confirmed on site, down to the walk to school and the noise at night.

Advocacy

We judge from your side

We don't rush a contract. If a home is wrong for you, saying so is part of the job.

    Public and unlisted opportunities in the residences you name, each with data and our honest view.

  3. Viewings

    We walk the homes and the neighbourhood with you, at the hours that matter.

  4. Contract & move-in

    Terms, title review and contract in Korean and English, then a calm handover.
